Portraits are one of the first avenues my business started in. I grew up getting a horrible, overpriced rendition of my own face every year at the Tulsa state fair and I looked forward to at least watching the portrait artist work their magic behind the table. so when it came time for me to conquer the task for myself, I had a few things I wanted to do differently.

instead of an odd cartoon version of each portrait, I decided to draw a glorified perspective of what I see in front of me, with proper proportion and a slight cartoon feel. after awhile I was able to draw a portrait in 5 to 6 minutes while maintaining great quality and good prices.

this avenue of my business turned into much more than events, fairs, and festivals as people began messaging me on social media for valentines day gifts, family portraits, and an abundance of paw-traits (cat & dog portraits).
